Ian Markx is an award winning singer/songwriter, entrepreneur and founder of The Song Sanctuary.

 

He abandoned a successful corporate career, to travel the world, perform and write songs for TV & film; inspired by the incredible stories of fellow travellers.

Ian's song ‘Warplane’ hit #5 in the Netherlands chart and he has amassed over 5 million streams worldwide. He’s collaborated with writers behind Beyoncé, JLO, Leann Rimes, Paloma Faith & many more.

 

In his role as Lead Facilitator, Ian facilitates the workshops and curates the cowriting: empowering and encouraging others to follow in his footsteps.

 

He uses his vibrant multimedia platform Ian's Tracks to motivate, inspire & empower creativity & promote awareness & discussion around mental health.
